Erotica 1 reminded me that the EVE Alliance Tournament XI will provide anyone who can make EVE-related videos with a special platform. During the Tournament's commercial breaks, they air 15-second player-made videos. You can see the official thread for much more information on this, including all of the requirements. They don't air all videos; they need to be of a certain quality. The thread I linked has some examples of past years' videos. However, there's no charge--you don't need to buy ad time with isk or anything like that. If your video is good and meets the requirements, they'll likely air it and lots of people will get to see it.
If you're interested in this, you are authorized to submit videos on behalf of the New Order to advertise our esteemed organization and/or the sale of mining permits. If you have nothing to do with the New Order, consider this post a friendly reminder of the opportunity to submit any other kind of EVE-related video for the Alliance Tournament.
