Highsec Miner Grab Bag #147

Still don't get it? Let me make this easy for you.

Without the Code...

...and with the Code. Any questions? If not, let's get started on the latest edition of the Highsec Miner Grab Bag!

Miners complain about oppression, but they're the ones who keep themselves down.

I'd make a joke about carebears being used to tasting "da feet", but let's change the subject before this becomes a theme.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Agents of the New Order are the rock stars of EVE.

...Highsec miners, less so.

Again, the miners ruin their own games. No one needs to become a miner when they sign up for EVE. There are so many other, more rewarding careers--even for new players. You could become a Code enforcer, etc., etc., etc. The possibilities are endless.

Yeah, you can tell Element42a Okaski would've been totally on board with buying a permit, had he been asked. I'm sure he would've been really polite about it, too.

Fewer miners run the risk of unlicensed mining these days. Don't worry, we still monitor those who carry permits. A mining permit is not a license to violate the Code.

How can you tell if a permit-carrying miner is merely a Goofus who spent 10 million isk? A gank will result in an embarrassing killmail and some tears.

Fox, Falco, Sheik, Marth... It doesn't matter. With Grous Rivera's attitude, you know he lost.

The Code is a mirror. People who look at the Code and see its glories are glorious people. On the other hand, those who look at the Code and see garbage are trash.

Check out those timestamps. It took Donnian nearly four years to reply. He was probably AFK the whole time.

2018 is already shaping up to be an outstanding year for the Code.

  1. Officer McChicken Bawk's size comment pushed to the side, his points about honourable pvp and the permits being a tax are smack bang on. I don't think the CODE doc is garbage, but a passable RP bible.

    1. Blah blah blah blah. Get a sub and a permit, alpha shitter, or get rekt. Your non-paying opinion is invalid.

Keep trying hard to be relevant with that cringy blog. Too bad you quit school early.

    2. Oh no ehnemapoo, you can't just pick and choose. Those vile criminals with the vulgarity and rl violence, those are your folks.

The sperg about child molestation and mass shootings, those are your people ehnema. Your kind if you support them, and you support them every time you disparage the Code. You are not helping anyone, you are just posing.

You are either for saving highsec or against the Code, there is no halfway in the fight for EVE's soul, no straddling the fence there friend, you chose and you chose poorly. You are not worthy of EVE.

Your kind, ehnemapoo, are the enemy of everything that is good for EVE. You don't even care enough to sub up. You only post here in a thinly veiled clickbait attempt to direct traffic to your sad blog, you couldn't care less about EVE. I wonder if you have failblogs about all the oher f2p games you suck at? Such unwarranted posturing.

And before any of your (sym)pathetic friends start crying about you being "picked upon", I can only say:

Calm down miners. The Code always wins!

    Shardani is second from left....

  3. Jeezus, it took that carebear 4 years to reply?

  4. Tears of laughter at Officer McChicken Bawk's 2nd last paragraph :D

  5. All highsec alphas should biomass. F2P and still scared to leave "safe space"? You're doing it wrong.

    1. im actually playing as an alpha since ccp implemented it.
many of our other Agents also play as alphas, with great results.
with the changes of the past month I can now fly every ship I always have with 80%+ efficiency which is more than adequate for day to day operation.
I killed that mcchicken guy as an alpha, just fyi.
maybe next time be a bit more specific like
"all noncompliant alphas should biomass" or something similar.

    2. Did somebody forget to give you a plex lucky?
