Disharmonious, Part 4

Previously, on MinerBumping... Harmony Order corporation attempted to stonewall an investigation into its members' illegal mining activities. When the corp joined the Gemini Whale United alliance, however, the new threat of a wardec prompted diplomat Rose Alisan to reach out to Agent Viirilithizu Ward to negotiate a peaceful resolution to the brewing conflict.

Before, Harmony Order CEO Governor MrLee had commanded all of his corp members to avoid speaking with anyone from the mighty CODE. alliance. That effort failed. Now it was time to try something new.

Rose was eager to get things sorted out quickly and quietly. A war would disrupt Harmony Order's plans.

By contrast, Viirilithizu had only one priority: the Code. If that meant war, then so be it.

Viirilithizu couldn't be bought off. Her job was to enforce the Code, which, yes, did involve getting some isk.

Though Rose was willing to facilitate the permit payments, there were some additional obstacles to her diplomatic approach. Harmony Order's CEO was apparently difficult to reach--even for those not in CODE.

Viirilithizu wanted to help the corporation--and its new alliance, Gemini Whale United--to get into compliance. She didn't want to hurt anyone. If Harmony Order started ganking miners, that would be a huge step in the right direction.

In truth, most highsec PvE corporations are perfectly willing to remove some of their own members, if that's what it takes to keep CODE. happy.

Another dirty little secret: Many carebears enjoy seeing their corpmates get ganked. Yet another reason for the total failure of Anti-Ganking, I suppose.

Rose began sending cash payments to Viirilithizu. All good, right?

No. Not all good. CODE. had no choice but to declare war against Harmony Order's alliance. In the hours before the wardec went live, tensions rose.

Agent Aiko Danuja and friends startled a Harmony Order miner by ganking someone else's Gila right next to him.

War drums could be heard all across the region. The situation threatened to spin out of control. Yet Harmony Order's CEO, the one man who might still be able to bring about peace, was nowhere to be found. Could our Agents locate him in time?

To be continued...

His hypocrisy exposed. Making a buck off of his chode. slaves is really all Jamey cares about. Laughing all the way to the bank.

    2. Miner, if you had a better grasp on the magnitude of ore being stolen in New Order space every month by your kin, you'd see that any isk an agent requests is nothing more than an administrative fee.

I know that 10 million sounds like much when you toil for 0.5c with your Retriever, but it's a more than reasonable price, especially for a full year of compliant mining.

When was the last time you were fully compliant? Have you ever try it? You should. You wouldn't believe me how good it feels.

    3. If he had he wouldn't have been ganked, and even if he did he wouldn't be all butthurt and salty about it. He'd probably be enjoying the game too.

The fact that he calls us "slaves" means that in his heart of hearts he knows that we are right. He's just projecting. What a sad little miner.

Be honest with yourself Chodeanon, read the Code, and get a permit. Get right with James.

  3. I spoke to the Harmony Order CEO about CODE weeks ago. He will ignore CODE until it gets bored and goes away.

    2. Such was the thinking of the bot-aspirant carebears... in 2012.

    3. What are you going to do? Spend, weeks or months ganking Harmony Order out of existence to prove what? You are pirates with a pirate mentality. There isn't enough profit in such a prolonged action to keep your elite gankers interested. Sooner or later they will get bored and move on to bothering someone else.

    4. Ah, but we don't do it for profit... and that's where your little world turns upside down.

    5. Code doesn't have the players or the will to wipe out Harmony Order. You will get bored and move on. Prove me wrong.

    6. "Code doesn't have the players or the will to wipe out Harmony Order." - orly? I highly doubt. But I bet we should lend a hand. I am watching this tax scam clownery for the decent period of time. I am not giving orders to free people who are pilots of my unit. But I will acknowledge my oppinion that CODEdot should be helped whenever it is possible on this crusade.

      Gratz.

    7. I never get bored of bumping and ganking miners.

Miners get bored and frustrated at not being able to mine.

Bing Bangboom destroyed a whole alliance BY HIMSELF. Just one player, with nothing but an alt and a copy of the Code.

Now imagine what happens if all the illustrious Agents of the New Order engage in honorable PVP with a tax-scamming carebear corp. I don't know about you, but I have my popcorn ready in anticipation of some beautiful kill-(and tear)-mails.

      Long live James 315!

  5. Our prayers are with the knights of the New Order. That "corp" is tax scam, clownery and true griefers. I wish to see corp disbanded and (preferrably) its leadership publicly executed. Pardon my french, I do run industrial corporation myself. Training and suplying newcomers. Yes we have 0 tax. And I am tired of such clowns who "help newbies".

  6. Also I do run combat unit as well. All those whining "CODE extorting ISK" is typical carebear way of thinking. Do not project, please. Combat units are not about ISKs.

  7. I bet here will be some comments on what I wrote. Including offensive ones. So I will take a time and enlighten those who are not getting how 0 tax works. Long time ago I spent my ISKs and time to help people who dared to follow me and I put real effort to make them rich. Now they support and help other newbros just in the way I helped them time ago. Yes, we are supplying newbros till they will be self-sufficient and yes, we exist with 0 tax from the start.

The only right way to run corporation is when each member is richer than corporation by itself. And we do not need taxes, buyback, ASI, EPI and other crap like that. I do not spy on my people and trust each one as I trust myself.

    1. 24 hours and no argument. You might be on to something.

BTW in this channel we don't say 'offensive'. That's a term reserved for snowflakes who like to talk at length about their easily hurt feelings, and for white knights who like to complain about the potential of hurting the feelings of said snowflakes. We prefer 'salty' because it directs the focus on comment itself without all that baggage.
