Total Sanity

There's nothing quite like starting your day by reading an EVEmail that begins, "Are you insane?" Before I started saving highsec, I don't recall receiving any such EVEmails. Now I get them all the time.

Eranii sent me some tears about her lost Merlin. Like everyone the New Order kills, she claimed total innocence. She was just ratting in a highsec asteroid belt, she said. Then Agent Wolf Soprano killed her for no reason. Really?

Eranii's story didn't check out. Not only was her Merlin fail-fit, it wasn't even fail-fit for ratting. The Merlin was equipped with a Warp Disruptor I. If she'd been using a Warp Scrambler, she would've had the excuse that it was intended for disabling rats' microwarpdrives. But clearly, this was a PvP fit intended for use against our Agents.

Oh yeah, and she was killed by Agent loyalanon, not Wolf Soprano.

Eranii moaned about "borderline griefing". Here's a protip for all you future whiners: If you're going to lie, you may as well go all-in and accuse us of "griefing". If someone borderline griefs you, I'll only borderline care.

For someone who claimed total innocence, Eranii managed to commit a surprising number of crimes just in her EVEmail. She'd lied multiple times, shown a lack of respect for New Order Agents, and she even called shooting spaceships in a spaceship-shooting game "borderline griefing". There was no doubt that she was for a risk-free highsec. She was a bot-aspirant. I was struggling to detect a redeeming quality.

Then came the request for money, of course. She pointed to the loss of her implants. Even though they were cheap, she wanted a refund.

Eranii "looked forward to the return of her implants". She presumed too much. It seemed to me that her implants were already exactly where they ought to be--atomized and floating in space.

Carebear apologists, don't say it, because I know what you're thinking: The New Order was picking on a new player. Are you certain? She never claimed to be new. Yes, the tech I fail-fitted Merlin and the excessive concern over cheap implants gave her away. As did the fact that she was ratting in an asteroid belt in highsec. But you should know better by now...

Eranii, of course, is a 2006 character. Seven and a half years ratting in highsec asteroid belts? The very thought makes me shudder. The conduct of New Order Agents should be the least of her concerns.

  1. I am amazed that so many people still oppose the New Order since its benefits for everyone are clear and I wonder what kind of person would question this truth. Though I am not ready to openly oppose enemies of the New Order, I can say that I gained a lot from this blog. I will continue to work towards my ultimate goal of becoming an agent myself. The bot aspirants shall tremble as we shatter their reality with reason and force alike.

    1. There's no reason you're "not ready" to openly oppose our enemies. A bumping stabber can be trained in less than a week, and a ganking alt can be had after only 1-2 weeks of training. If you want to do something in this game, you have to really just jump and start doing it, not putting things off until you feel "your ready."

  2. Here i will submit you a correct ship fit to hunt Agents with security status -10 as well as for station camping / high sec gate camp (if you expect that a criminal will pass through)(many people asked ingame mail)

    [long range interceptor, instant target]
    CROW
3 high slots missiles of your choice preffered ammo em damage / second explosive
4 med slots 1 long range warp scrampler t2 24km+x; 1 mwd, 1 sensor boost, last slot you may choose what you prefer
3 low slots what you like

    RIGS
1 or 2 targeting speed rigs best t2 depends on your skill levels

Dont forget you will need Scan resolution more than 2700 to arrive instant look

If you tackled your target you should Orbit around him 20-25km.

Catalysts have low range wepons as well as Thrashers, if they hit you activate mwd to arrive a extrem high speed makes it nearly impossible for them to hit you.

    1. From the Code:
"Q. HA HA I am [AFK Missioning] mining ice right now, you can't stop me!

As Supreme Protector, some may expect me to doggedly enforce the rules at all times against all offenders. This is a misperception of my role. Aside from those who have purchased indulgences, I will bump whomever I choose, whenever I choose. Your mining operations are entirely at my mercy. If I feel like stopping you from mining, I will; if not, I won't."

Do you know what AFK means?
If in fact you are AFK missioning then there is
no way you could post this message.

    AFK= Away From Keyboard

Hey I don't get mad at your kind.
It's not your fault that you we're born
Mentally Retarded. Hang in there little buddy.

  5. just so you know "James 315" aka "dumbass" I happen to know this player personally and I will tell you that just because a player is a 2006 character does not mean they have played that long. In fact I know that she registered in 2006 played for a while didn't like the tutorial and quit after a month. Here recently within the last couple of months she decided to give it another try. Therefore guess what...she has VERY little sp the same amount of a new player. So yes she is new, one of your agents decided to pick on her for no reason and now she has quit again. Dumbass!! Also Wolf Soprano IS the same person as the ganker that did the kill, ever hear of an ALT? Wolf Soprano actually runs loyalanon and I do believe one named Sophia. I have monitored his activities for a while now and as soon as Wolf lets his guard down with his cov ops he uses to get warp ins I will be waiting to take him out :) He tends to suspect himself a lot.

The least you could have done with your illegally acquired money through extortion would have been to help this young girl replace those implants

    1. No, the least she could do is thank the NO representative for bringing some excitement into her evening, Captain Anonymous AKA "coward" ever heard of integrity.

I've been watching you trying to logic for some time now - mark my words one of these days I'm going to leap out when you least expect it and present you with the complete works of Aristotle and who'll be laughing then?

    2. lmao whatever dude, I chose to post this as anonymous, if I post my name then how would I be able to bring a surprise attack against this Wolf Soprano? lol not very smart are you?

    3. Why don't *you* help her out?

LOL yeah I'm sure Wolf is real scared of this surprise attack that will never happen.

    4. She quit over losing 20M value of ship and pod? Good riddance then, Eve doesn't need more risk-averse, whiny players.

    5. Oh man i lold, being RL friends with wolf and loyal and being in the same corp. This makes me smile. You do release that there is a reason to go suspect, so he can gank on one, and PVP in the other until the timer is up? "as Wolf lets his guard down" oh man, he is flying suspect in hs, how is his guard not down?. Im sure you sit watching in your mining barge going, i wish i could do something, but u wont.

    6. If this "new player" is actually "your real IRL friend," not you and "you/this IRL friend" quits over nothing, they would never make it in this game.

Now, if this person is your IRL friend, then -YOU- should help him/her out. I got some IRL friends to join and I was supporting everything they wanted to do 'cause I had ISK and they didn't. I also got one of my IRL friends into nullsec and took the time to teach him how to set up his overview correctly, fleet etiquette, how to make ISK in null, went ratting with him even though I was killing everything.. and well he wasn't, etc. And I was still buying him ships and fittings. I did all that because he was a friend. And, when he lost ships, I would buy him new ones.

Just sounds to me like you're not a very good friend.

  7. I feel mixed at the sight of this article... Killing people in high-sec because they are fitted for PvP? Err for once this wasn't a ratting or a mining fit. Sounds like you're running out of targets! Which is a good thing in some ways because it would mean that you're winning high sec.
Still, this kill... Nah. Far fetched.

    Also this:
"If someone borderline griefs you, I'll only borderline care." Haha epic :D

    1. A rebel ship, fit to try to break the law by attacking noble New Order agent and knights, what did Eranii expect would happen?

Rebels learning the truth of the Code through antimatter- a good post.

  8. In the light of all events, it does seem that order is branching out to other players wich are eating a sandwich while auto piloting.

Even running missions while not having a MINING permit can now get you killed.

They are running out of targets to kill so the knight get bored...
once the majority of high sec is either too well skilled/tanked, who do you think they will kill next?

Do you realy think you permit has any value to a ganker who just wants to kill. They have been trained to avoid concord, they will come for permit holders once they find that there are lesser and lesser targets. there are rotten apple in the order whom sole gameplay exists to gank and do not care for the code unless they can gank.

And we love them fot it :)

Praise James and the new order.

    1. Icy let me find out that even one permit holder was wrongfully terminated. Just ask around what happens when somebody cost me ISK or Time Explaining why one of my Agents was a dumb-ass and didn't do his job. Now I would like to remind you even if you have a proper permit. If we find you AFK you are really going to get your ship exploded.NODD has rules they have to follow when dealing with permit holders. Just like with police in real life NODD members have to record the encounter to ensure that they are not accused of harassing the permit holders. I swear if you "people" really had even a small clue to how we operate. But stupid is what stupid does. As far as the quitter goes "really lose one ship and quit" even you can't defend that shit. You don't want to lose ships. Then don't undock hell don't play EVE.

    2. Black Skull is 100% right. There are procedures when dealing with a possible AFK permit holder. We respect those who respect the Code, because they too see that this game has the risk of becoming a theme park piece of trash and they are willing to show their support. They show us respect, we show them respect. I can't remember how many times scouts would find a potential target, to then confirm on comms that they were in fact a permit holder, perform their AFK check and move on.

I have yet to gank a permit holder.

  9. You're not insane. I've agreed with that all along. You're pathetic. That is undeniable. But, you are not as pathetic as your followers. The collective intelligence of EVE has devolved to the point that you now control about 1% of highsec. Considerably more than I thought was possible at this point in time. I'm being polite by using the word 'control' because your douche army keeps leaving areas that miners come back into with full bot-driven success. Congratulations.

    1. lol +1 buddy he is so pathetic, and his entire rogue movement is so pathetic. I once watched a couple of these unorganized agents fail at ganking a miner. Why do I not get to read about these funny fail attempts? lol
