Code Ready Gelhan, Part 19

Previously, on MinerBumping... Mission Ready Mining and its thousands of members were no match for Agent Georgia B Dixie, who brought the Code to them at the point of a bumping Machariel. Even MRM's CEO, Gai Heiyuu, was powerless to stop Agent Georgia.

The education of Gelhan had gone on for weeks, but there was still so much work to be done. Even now, some MRM members were unaware of the Code--or pretended to be. Either way, punishment was due.

Tyrax Iceheart realized that Georgia's bumps were part of some sort of "meta". Tyrax opted out of the meta and politely excused himself from any further interactions with Georgia.

...However, this is EVE, which is a multiplayer game. There's no opting out of the Code.

Failing to "leave me alone"-tank his opponent, Tyrax decided to go play WoW. But he couldn't resist making one final jibe.

Miners, be careful what you wish for.

Tyrax's own death was the dumbest thing he'd ever seen.

With the patience of a saint, Agent Georgia endured Tyrax's pouting. But she was also multitasking. While this was happening, Georgia was in a private chat with another member of Mission Ready Mining.

MRM member Samuel J Audene was secretly providing Georgia with intel. In exchange, Georgia was teaching Samuel about the game.

Whenever someone was willing to listen, Georgia covertly offered them advice about how to get out of MRM and into nullsec. It was an underground railroad of sorts.

Later, even Tyrax made his way into Pandemic Horde Inc. In theory, that's one less Code-violating carebear to deal with in highsec.

Georgia was pleased with herself. Everything in the Gelhan system seemed to be falling into place.

But the CEO of Mission Ready Mining was about to pay her another visit.

To be continued...

  1. "The New Order isn't supposed to be issuing permits to non-AFK miners."

Where do these guys get this stuff? The permit is the miner's declaration of intent to comply with The Code. Every miner should be proud to display one.

    1. I take pride in the display of the document

    2. I take pride in not displaying an icon from a group that loves real life murder and death.

      Hence no permit for me.

    3. And hence why you remain a valid new order target in james 315 territory. Stay anonomous.

    1. Another reason not to own a permit, you fund these people who enjoy child murder and use it as a gameplay plot device.

      Just shameful.

    2. The proper use of the acronym of anti-ganking as you are using it is also AG, you only put it in lowercase when it is used as a word such as pin, sim, and awol.

    3. I disagree, Anon 411. There appears to be an acceptance that acronyms for national/international organisations or other contractions should include some form of capitalisation (NATO, Nato, HTML, etc.), but this may or may not be applied to more localised entities, and this is even less likely to be the case in an acronym which appears (AFAIK) in a single MMO - EVE Online - and is used regularly be a relatively small part of a subset of the player base within that game.

From Wiktionary, "Acronyms in all senses may be variously written in all capital letters...or in lower case...according to the degree to which they have come to be seen as words separate from their derivation.

The acronym 'ag' has certainly come to be seen be we who use it regularly as a word separate from its derivation. As such, you may write 'AG', if you wish, buy you mayn't instruct us not to do so as a consequence of your less-than-certain grasp of English usage.

      Do keep up

    4. Hmmm bravo and chop chop I say.....what a stiff upper lip you seem to have Mr Rob Thompson. Tea and crumpets anyone...bet you have seen your fair share of crumpet in your ancient lifetime. Oh wait, maybe the lack of is why he wishes gruesome deaths to miners....in game of course.

    5. I guess James and his agents will need a link to a simplified explanation of how to use acronyms.

      Your welcome.

    6. Anon 1053 Yes in game of course while you all cheer for the murder of a kid and the suicide of a person. I'm glad you make the separation, alas your fellow agents revel in the death and wear it more as a badge of victory.

      Sad.

  6. Nope, its ag as the saviour has stipulated. When they stop failing he might entertain making the A a capital. But we all know that is unlikely.

    1. Perhaps someone should remind James 315 seeing as how all agents are mindless and only follow what he says and nothing more.

Like blind lambs to slaughter, those weak of mind find comfort knowing only what is fed to them by dictators and tyrants.

    2. Hey anon 837 you didn't happen to be in Vegas recently to help someone out? I'm pretty sure that was you!

  10. I hear AG is doing a name change. They're going with either "Kalyn's killer karebears" or "I Stand In Solidarity" with accompanying tickets.

    But which is more appropriate?

  11. All the anonymous parrots spruking that CODE. is proud of child murder blah blah blah have forgotten who committed this actual rl crime. I have not and the agents who encountered this player in game have not either. The fact you come here and post in defence of such a person is proof positive of the mental disorder you perpetuate with in game bot aspirancy and alignment to the most toxic of player groups within eve, "ag".

    1. But code is the only group constantly bringing it up like a badge of honor. The constant reminder that code enjoys real life death is in the repeated comments from named code agents.
