Highsec Miner Grab Bag #52

If my goal is to stop people from enjoying the game, I'm not doing a very good job of it. The greater the impact I have on highsec, the more fun people have. And nothing says fun like another edition of the Highsec Miner Grab Bag!

Rebel Rack Kashuken admitted that he supports bots more than he does the New Order. His only regret was that the New Order was too cowardly to engage him in a wardec...

...Until, that is, his corp started receiving wardecs. Since then, he has repeatedly been forced out of his corps. Be careful what you wish for, rebel miners!

One thing Agents learn very early on is that miners don't always say what they mean. If there's any doubt, always, always, clarify.

After further clarification, it seemed that Arn Zul enjoyed mining without a license. Why else would he mine, when he "did not need to mine here"? I'm amazed by how often miners don't need to mine, when they're getting bumped or ganked.

As I said, always clarify. In the end, though, every miner will buy one. It just makes sense. The "N.O." doesn't take "no" for an answer!

I've been compared to many things--most of them involving the Third Reich in some capacity--so I'm always pleased by a new comparison. Bird Nest 2013 isn't something you hear about every day.

Don't pity captn g just because he can't string a coherent sentence together. Pity him because he doesn't accept the Code. A miner capable of writing a sentence can be just as badly confused. For example:

Of course, we know podding isn't butchery. It's a clean, efficient way of depriving a bot-aspirant of his ill-gained isk. The way a carebear tortures logic to avoid the commonsense conclusion that he needs to buy a permit--now that's butchery.

Why do miners reference my mother so often? Perhaps she should be given an official title, as I have. "Grandmother of the New Order", maybe?

Two tear-mails with an oral theme may be too few to form any conclusions about the rebels...

...But as time goes by, a pattern is established. Where's a Space Therapist when you need one?

Always nice to end a Grab Bag on a positive note. Novia Ephrael strayed from the Code and was brought back to the fold by some compassionate gankers. We are the New Order. We're here to win a better future for highsec. Make no mistake--we are winning.

  1. In EURO time zones the ICE system KINO is 150% safe.

All ice miners are invited to mine ice WITHOUT license.

Its simply not neccessary cause the local (loooooser Agent) BIIINGGG bing NOOO BOOOM starts playing late in the night.

TO any other Agent: If ppl say lot of miners have a permit, its a lie. Of course id never was in Kino at 02:00 - 07:00 Eve time but during euro time zones all russian / british players dont have a permit......cause everyone knows BIIIIINGGGGG bing NOOOOOO BOOOOM isnt here and starts late.

    MINING ION KINO IS SAFE

    1. Or you could just pay 10 million isk and adhere to the Code. Did you know that a permit is good for an entire year?

    2. I'm guessing Kino won't be as quiet now that you've announced it to every Agent in New Eden.

    4. Thank you Anonymous 6:54 (if that is indeed your real name). I have been looking for a new project system now that Piekura and Aakari are pacified. I shall head to Kino directly.

  3. I hereby vote that AFK be changed to AFE (Away from EvE), to help reduce confusion among those needing salvation from their aspirant ways.

    1. I've found an exploding hull to really focus the bot-aspirant's faculties regardless of terminology. Usually it seems to focus them onto pointless rage, but at least they are back at the keyboard.

  6. Just discovered you guys exist. I mine all the time, keep hearing about you but never see you. I wish you would come to my space, I will buy your permit, but many AFK miners always, maybe some bots. I will remain anonymous because I am a spy in anti-ganking, but you are needed in Sharhelund and neighbouring systems, all the way to Danera.
