Over One Trillion Twenty-Eight Billion in Shares Sold

The Agents of the New Order know how to party--and how to celebrate:

Super Perforator hit all the right notes with a two-year anniversary celebration built around the purchase of an additional 2,315 shares. It sent us over the 1 trillion 27 billion and 1 trillion 28 billion isk marks and earned Super Perforator a Double Supreme Protector's Tip of the Hat™.

New Order watchers may have reason to speculate that the purchase was partly motivated by a friendly rivalry with fellow shareholder Bing Bangboom. When shareholders compete, everyone wins--except for the bot-aspirants and rebels, who continuously fail nonstop daily.

BONUS!

Sasha Nemtsov is back, this time diving all the way to a MinerBumping post from more than three years ago. (Has it been that long?) The topic of the post was the notorious Ripard Teg's CSM campaign. As Sasha articulates in his intro, the subject matter remains just as relevant today.

You can read the original MinerBumping post here. Sasha also points out in his intro that the post's insights have been further validated by events that occurred in the years following its publication. And make sure to stick around for Sasha's epilogue.

One final point of note. Different sections of the recording are separated by a playful little musical flourish. It's delightful. It reminds us that EVE is a game--a spaceship combat game. It's meant to be fun place to shoot at spaceships, not a venue for sending real-life death threats. Nor is it reasonable to demand nerfs to spaceship combat in favor of AFK risk-free isk grinding. Indeed, a nerf to highsec aggression is actually just a nerf to fun. What sort of person would want to nerf fun?

  6. Wow it's already been 3 years since Ripard's nonsense? Time really flies when you're killing carebears!

If memory serves, he caught a lot of flak for voicing that opinion and decided to stop blogging as a result? vov

  7. It is too bad that Ripard Teg took that flack, because the bonus room issue needed to be dealt with. Now that CCP has said no more bonus rooms, many of the player abuse issues has stopped. Now we just need to get the rest of code banned and that will solve the ganking problem...at least for awhile.

    1. Yet he remains out of the public eye, largely. I've seen occasional (and very non-controversial) comments on Reddit, but nothing else.

Perhaps the microscopic examination of his motives and beliefs doesn't sit well with Ripard. Hoist on his own petard, I think.

Ming appears in space, on Reddit, in TMC comments; just about everywhere. He does seem to be taking a break from this comment section. I hope he returns refreshed; I valued his contributions quite highly.

    2. BM is prolly a riptard alt anyway.

You cannot have torture when any party can walk away at will, you stupid sheep. Riptard was bleating and you all came running, for imaginary torture. How can you be harassed when you can block people in game?

How do people that weak even get started in EvE? I mean, compared to the rest of the mmo market, EvE has a HORRIBLE reputation as a place to get non-consensualy buttsexxed, daily, if you are incompetent.

So why are carebears in EvE, and who's the asshat dropping free trial links in wow and hello kitty?

HTFU or not, we gonna dunk you either way.
