Over Five Hundred Ninety-Four Billion in Shares Sold

Pop quiz: What's better than buying New Order shares?

Why, buying even more New Order shares, of course!

Sarageth Vigram got some good advice from a true friend and decided to get in on the action. Sarageth's purchase of 115 shares sent us over the 592 billion isk mark and earned him a Supreme Protector's Tip of the Hat™. Listening to our Agents always pays off.

It's never too late to join a worthy cause. Nisanthro took the plunge with a purchase of 1,000 shares. This guaranteed our arrival at the next billion isk mark. 593 billion isk and counting! Nisanthro earned a Supreme Protector's Tip of the Hat™ for his efforts.

In the New Order, everything has its season. There's a time for victory and a time for even greater victory. A time for triumph; a time for spectacular triumph. And so on. Maria Malukker rang in the next season as only she can. With her purchase of 1,100 additional shares, she sent us over the 594 billion isk mark and earned herself a Supreme Protector's Tip of the Hat™. Now that's poetic.

  4. The Miner, it would seem, has a similar behaviour model to the overly-sensitive parent who resists vaccinating their children against debilitating diseases such as measles and polio due to fears that taking these reasonable steps will "make their children autistic."

In like comparison, the miner resists buying a permit because it thinks that doing so will cause it to become autistic, when science has proven exactly the opposite to be true.

Just like not getting vaccinated makes it more likely that a child will die due to horrible preventable diseases, not buying a New Order Permit basically ensures that the miner will die to a horrible, preventable gank at some point in its lifetime.

Today, I call for all the miners to "just stop" their pointless resistance against purchasing their New Order Mining Permits, which have been proven to be vital, life-saving documents, that, when used in compliance with the Code, can ward off most of the devastating and demoralizing losses that miners can encounter in their short lives; including the loss of its mind, due to the autism risk that is inherent to the profession of mining.

Call us all the names you want, but in the end your words are like flowers crashing against a rock wall. The Code is the law in Highsec, and following it is the only way any miner can ever achieve "peaceful mining."

      Delete
    11. there is no law in high sec but concord.

      Delete
    12. No ming it is not the law, and the new order is not the goverment...you are pirates trying to act like something you are not, to follow you code is to give up ones freedom, you code monkeys are simply not powerful enough to take my freedom from me...

      Delete
    13. If you dispute this, then feel free to mine without a permit, and find out what happens to you.

Miners have never had freedom, because mining lasers and mining attitudes, to be blunt, aren't worthy of "freedom." Natural law tells us that only guns and money are allowed to decide who is free and who is not. And as highsec miners, you have no guns or money, while the New Order has an abundance of both, which makes us your betters. In fact, in the history of EVE there has only been one highsec miner who has ever "earned" their freedom, and that's Chribba. (And he earned it by being chill and following the tenants that the Code lays out.)

Succinctly put, The New Order is more powerful than you because you objectively lack the power to defeat us. Or stop us. Or hinder us. Or even insult us. The very fact that you are here of all places, on Minerbumping, telling us that "we have no power over you" is a testimonal to the power that the New Order holds over you. Because If we didn't have power over you, you wouldn't be here.

      Delete
    14. thats not true i come here to laugh at your ineffectiveness,at hindering the majority of eve players.
i go wherever i like that sounds like "freedom" to me.
as for money i have more than enough thanks, guns too, we are not all tied to mining you see.
your claim to be my better is just stupid..and not even close to true.
don't need to defeat you just outlast you thats all, shouldn't be too hard.
and the bit about hindering or stopping goes both ways to date you have never interfered with any of my activities and you will not do so either.
      so it's all good.

What I find humorous is that this idiot doesn't even get the context in which Ming used those words. Just because the nazi's and Hitler may have used those words doesn't automatically give them the patent on those words, or using those words mean you share the same ideology as them.

Ming could have chosen his words a little more carefully, but still... Context means all the world here.

M really needs to find something new to shed tears over.

    1. There are two reasons to engage in an argument. One is to discover truth when there are two or more contradictory possibilities. The other is to defeat your opponent at all costs.

Even if, or perhaps especially if, your standard 'care bear' knows what Ming meant, they feel more secure in trumped up slander than they do in facts or reasoning. They weren't interested in considering any other point of view besides their own, either, which is what they'd have to do in order to discuss an issue in any meaningful way.

Ignoring context is how people who don't want to learn the truth win arguments just for the sake of winning rather than to explore an idea or learn about anything.

      Delete
    2. once again (and i hope for the last time) there is no proper "context " in which it is appropriate to use the word "subhuman" to describe another human being( even if that human being is playing a video game).it is wrong, they were wrong then , you are wrong now now.

      Delete
    3. @Anon1:28
I'm not going to get into this argument with you again. Let's just agree that you have your opinion, and I have mine, and that if you wish to conduct PvE activities in highsec you are required to pay the New Order 10m isk for a permit and follow the Code.

And then we can consider the matter closed.

      Delete
    4. i couldn't be further from agreeing with you about anything if i tried.
we can however move on,i will be glad to do so.
i have always, and will continue to go wherever i like in eve without giving you or your code a single isk,i would quite happily lose everything i have in new eden before i would do so,that is one thing i can guarantee.

      Delete
    11. No, I can just be superior and tell you that you don't know how to spell "Plagiarizing."

But Dr. Martin Luther King is not the only great hero that the New Order draws inspiration from.

Take Harriet Tubman, for example. She worked long and hard and risked her life freeing miners from their chains in YC 112 using a hidden network of New Order sympathizers in pre-New Order Highsec. 13 times she dove into the depths of the belts containing hundreds of AFK miners, valiantly destroying the Mackinaws that kept the miners enslaved to their greedy slavemasters, the carebear CEOs. She then sold them permits, and led them through the Underground Bearroad to freedom in lowsec, where they could learn about solo frigate PVP.

you clearly missed the sarcasm in my p s post ( go figure...superiority is a fickle thing )
as for your historical references as usual they are misinformed, and inaccurate, ( read completely made up ) which is to be expected from code.

and as for maria it seems you are always pulling at the coat tails of someone elses posts. very much the sycophant i'm afraid. and they say carebears are "tryhards".

      Delete
    14. Haha look at this carebear telling me I'm missing sarcasm, and then telling me, all straight faced, that my story about Harriet Tubman is "misinformed, inaccurate, and 'made up.'"

Because I'm pretty certain that Harriet Tubman was flying in space long before Dr. Martin Luther King (God rest his soul) did.

      Delete
    15. less of a straight face more of a sarcastic smile actually.

  10. I'm a RL lawyer, economist, and tea party enthusiast so lets do the calculation and see how much James 315 has scammed from the general EvE population:

593 billion isk received and converted in real money via the goon scam comes out to $7,345. My inside source tell me James takes in 50 billion a month in freighter loot which is roughly $700 a month, however this kind of haul was only possible before CODE. failscaded when loyal left for RL reasons (lol). so lets cut that amount in half to $350/month.

$350/month plus $7k in your pocket is a lot of cash for someone living out of mom's basement and eating mac and cheese every day. James 315 might even have enough spare cash to go get a Korean "back-rub" every month or so. Looks like you leader has a pretty good life with all this passive income.

  13. Pop quiz: What's better than buying New Order shares?

answer. not buying new order shares that's what .

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Nah, I'm pretty sure the Savior has the right of it. Buying more New Order shares helps fund more ganks, helps reform more carebears, helps improve highsec even more. Not buying New Order shares does...nothing. So it would seem that James 315 is right in this matter, as in all others.

Guess there's a reason he's the Savior of Highsec, while you're just a bitter miner.

      Delete
    2. he saves nothing,he reforms even less. 1% .
not buying a permit keeps that miniscule amount of isk where it should be in a carebears wallet, plus the miner can enjoy giving you fuckwits the finger too, i like that idea better.

      Delete
    3. Well, you would be someone who would be part of the problem.

And that problem is that you are ignorant. Both in respect to the Code, and with the respect to the amount of damage you are causing to your fellow miners.

Defiant Non-compliance has the same effect in highsec that it has in RL prison; In response to defiance, New Order Agents only amplify the amount of punishment we inflict against the evil non-compliant, as we set the bar for our enforcement actions ever lower. More carebears lose, and more Agents win. This could be avoided. But it isn't. And this is your fault.

You see, -and I don't know if you're aware of this- enforcement doesn't hurt New Order Agents. It hurts you, the miner.

Imagine a highsec system in which every miner was compliant and at their keyboard 100% of the time. What would a New Order Agent do? Probably declare victory and move on, without killing any miners. Such a system would be considered a "Minimum Risk" system by the New Order.

Consequently, A system containing only miners who are unruly and petulant, would be seen as a "Maximum Risk" system, and would attract the attention of many Agents. The mining activity of all miners in the system would be stopped, and, as miners do, they would proceed to blame and shun you for your inhibiting their profits using your ignorant words.

You do your "friends" (if you can call miners "friends,") a disservice by angrily voicing your dissent of the Code. You would be helping them a lot more by being a little bit quieter, perhaps only saying "All hail James 315!" or something more non-controversial.

      Delete
    4. in that case i say bring on the unrulyness ,petulance, and down right defiance by the bucket full !
give code not one isk from your wallet, use your watchlist, tank your barges,

"Never ever try to save someone from a self-destructive course. Let them utterly destroy themselves, even unto the point of death. Delete

There was a great man once, who also said "I have a Dream."

There was a great speech that he gave about it.

      That man was James 315.

And look at the progress that the New Order has achieved over the years, because of that speech. I would like to say that it inspired generations of people to fight against miners, to preserve the Sandbox the way it was intended, and now, instead of a few people bumping miners out of belts, we have legions of hardened warriors fighting the war on Mining every day.

The dream of every highsec system containing only compliant miners is still a very real dream. And we will get there, because we, unlike the common miner, will never, ever stop.
