Kills of the Week

A good gank is a work of art. Don't believe me?

Credit Agent Fiddly Pop for this photo. Carebears, you can remain our canvas. Or you can embrace the Code and become an artist. Now join me for a look at some of the more exotic pieces painted during the week of February 28th @ 00:00 EVEtime through March 5th @ 23:59 EVEtime.

The trade routes continued to be showered with high-value killmails. ForeverBlue put 31.7 billion isk at risk by blundering through New Order territory without a care in the world--or a permit. Then he encountered a group of people who did care: Agents Talon Calais, Assassn Gallic, Ganku Desu, Miss Relina, Vitalix Shouna, Zula Terra, Baby Lemba, Morrigan Laima, Yvain Bluewater, Prixm Wind, Ayatola Whoami, Hayley, Hold my pleb, Miner Compliance Officer, Nin Rin, Unwarranted Assumption, Kishar Enkidu, Logical Fatality, and Raarva wiped him from the face of highsec.

This one was painful. Delecron Vandas's bot-aspirancy had grown to crippling proportions by the time he decided to AFK autopilot in a ship with 6.2 billion isk--and only 2,149 hitpoints. Agent Semtex Attor lightly tapped the Tayra until its cargo came out.

So much for all those skills. When you think about it, there's really only one skill injector in EVE: the Code.

From last week, Rufiet got caught in the boondocks, the Black Rise region. Another three ORE Strip Miners down! Let's make those vile modules extinct. Agents True Valhalla and Schatten Katze were especially excited by this kill. True Valhalla explains why:
"My friend and I are both new players with under a month of experience each, and this was our first attempt to kill anything larger than a Retriever. Seems like we hit the jackpot :)"
The New Order loves new players. That is, new people who actually play the game.

Rav3n Ellecon had a Navy Megathron worth half a billion isk. It was fail-fit. No doubt about it. But that's not what's truly remarkable about this kill.

Agent Piz Caldera managed to solo the faction battleship using nothing but a lowly frigate, a Merlin. How in the world did he manage to prevail? The CODE always wins. Always.

...!

Champz Griswin's mining Catalyst was popped by Agent Zopiclone. Zopiclone's response was simple, the clarity of her purpose unmistakable:
"This will not stand."
The New Order will not allow atrocities of this nature. Not in our highsec.

Enjoj was enjoying some quality AFK time, autopiloting with a covops. She had no intention of activating her cloak. After all, why cloak in a covops when there's no such thing as the Code and no risk in highsec? She was shot down by Agent Winnie Po0h, who followed up the kill with a quick blap-blap of her 2.7 billion isk pod. Enjoj probably didn't need those missile hardwirings anyway. Though a 2.7 billion isk pod loss is nothing to sneeze at, it could've been worse. And I fear that next week we'll see what that means.

    5. Again, AG wanting to screw people in the rear. Why is that such an important part of AG... maybe its a requirement for AG, that would explain a lot.
