The Invasion of Uedama, Part 1

It's not uncommon to see a blingy battleship get blasted in Uedama...

...But such assistance from NPCs is not the norm. In this case, we have CCP to thank: In an unsuccessful bid to boost player numbers, CCP launched the "Triglavian Invasion" event. This presented carebears an opportunity to get some extra PvE content in highsec--and our gankers to get some extra carebear kills.

The New Order has no problem with PvE, as long as it is done legally. Unlicensed participants in the Triglavian event were shot while praises were sung to the Saviour of Highsec.

As carebears were drawn to the Triglavian PvE, our Agents took the opportunity to spread their message of Code and PvP.

Some EVE players were baffled. But they soon learned what the Code meant.

Colonel Santiago's greed cost him dearly.

Alas, carebears who disobey the Code tend to be equally resistant to concepts like good sportsmanship.

Agent Alt 00 hoped to instruct the carebear in a more relaxed environment. No such luck.

And so the ganking continued.

Eventually, the smell of burning battleships could no longer be ignored.

Those who wished to engage in the PvE frenzy sounded the alarm. But what could they actually do about the gankers?

It was only a matter of time before a rebel would rise up to lead a new resistance movement against the Code.

To be continued...

  3. Good old fashioned preaching and enforcement! Even Helen Keller knows that CODE. dominate Uedama. How were these yokels caught off guard?
