Three Hundred Forty-Nine Billion in Shares Sold

We speak from time to time about what it means to be a responsible corporate citizen in highsec. I don't judge corps by their corporation descriptions. Those are often put together in a few minutes and forgotten. I judge corporations by their actions. Today, BLOB-A-THON corporation gets a big thumbs-up. To be more accurate, it gets a a Double Supreme Protector's Tip of the Hat™. BLOB-A-THON increased its ownership of New Order shares by 2,000, which sent us over the 348 and 349 billion marks.

There are many, many advantages enjoyed by corporations that buy New Order shares. For instance, everyone associated with BLOB-A-THON gets kind of a halo effect; you just feel good about them. But that's not why corps buy New Order shares. They do it because they know without the New Order, there wouldn't be a future for them in highsec or elsewhere. It's always nice to see people being smart in EVE Online.

    1. I don't know, calling AFK miners and rebels "cyber bullies" is going a little far.

They are bad people doing bad things, and even though they continually hurl abuse at the good agents and knights of the New Order, I wouldn't call them cyber bullies.
