Remembering Our Martyrs

Who can forget the September 10th bans, or the martyrs whose EVE accounts were permabanned? Certainly not Agent loyalanon, whose feelings are as deep as his PvP is elite. In commemoration of the events that took place a year ago this month, we have a special treat for you today, dear reader. You may be accustomed to reading my speeches, but now witness the passionate prose of CODE.'s executor and fleet commander extraordinaire.

The speech, dated September 24th for the upcoming ganking event, was sent out by EVEmail. I will present the EVEmail in the standard form below, but if it's possible I would urge you to skip down a bit for the audio recording by Sasha Nyemtsov. loyalanon speaks from the heart, and you can hear loyalanon's heart in Sasha's voice, too.

Powerful words, powerful emotions, and a powerful voice. It doesn't get any more CODEdot than this.

Oh, and one more thing. You know how the New Order is the main thing going on in EVE right now? Of course you do. If you're an enemy of the Code, it burns you, but you know it, too. As further evidence, check out the latest MMORPG.com article. As you might expect, it's all about us. And it even talks about our beloved martyrs. How about that?

The day CODE was punished for taking action out-of-game when it was supposed to stay in-game, and were justly punished for it.

Yeah, that means settling for the chat logs and not goading someone to raging in a voice chat, go figure!

    1. Since you obviously get your facts from the AG forums, don't forget the irl accusations of torture too !!!!!

    2. My five year old is better than you at making up stories.

    3. Not made up. It is fact. CCP Fozzie even posted about it in the forums.

    4. Well, if CCP Fozzie posted about it, then it must be irrefutable fact!

    5. My mistake, it was CCP Falcon who posted it about it. It's been a year since that post and they both start with 'F' so Fozzy came to mind. Anyways, here's the link. Read it and weep:

    7. The actual reason that, for example, I'm not banned after podding some sap EIGHTY TIMES and costing him tens of millions of SP just serves to prove that the bans were *entirely* arbitrary. That some weren't banned while others were is actually a strong point against the fairness of the bans.

  4. Remember folks, one person's martyr is another person's terrorist. CCP Fozzie even commented about this on the forums when it happened. Remember, certain CODEdot member took their actions out of game and was justly permabanned for it.

The first swing of the Ban Hammer of Justice hit Erotica 1. That was to send a message to the code fucks. Six months later, everybody found out that the message didn't get across, so the second swing of the Ban Hammer of Justice hit D400, Jerry Rin, DJ Entropy (I think), and others. And it wasn't just the accounts of their code toons...it was ALL of their accounts. Got a titan pilot with a 225B titan? Banned. Got a 10 year old toon with 80M SP? Banned. Got 5 trillion ISK? Banned.

So yes, those players were banned from the game, permanently, for what amounted to real life harassment of other players via "bonus rooms", which is a BIG no no according to the EULA and the TOS. As far as I know, those players aren't even allowed to start new accounts.

So James, to pay homage to your banned followers, I will say this: I remember them every time that I wipe my ass. Because you, your followers, and code isn't even worth the shit that come out of my ass.

Ganker tears are the best tears, so take that and choke on it.

This is another quality trollific post from your friends at Carebears United.

We are many. We are strong. The code will fall. The code will fail. A free highsec is worth fighting for. Saving highsec from the savior of highsec, one carebear at a time.

  5. Hey BM, did CCP Fozzie comment on the bans? I don't think you've gotten your point across.. You're a little unclear.

The best part about the Erotica 1 fiasco is that he DID simply create another account, named "Erotica 2," and continued his business of being the only honest isk doubler in Jita! He's still there to this day! How do you like them apples?

Of course, I wouldn't actually expect you to log in and know that, though, seeing as you're too busy talking to yourself about your own poop to notice.

But that's okay, because all you've ever gotten for all your undignified screaming and crying, is the fact that Minerbumping is about to get its four millionth page hit! That's right, BM! Almost four million people will have come to this site and seen the glory of the glorious Saviour of Highsec and His Great Opinions! I'm willing to wager slightly half of those people have also read the comments and had a hearty laugh at you and the quality tears you provide. The Code hasn't been stopped, and you haven't stopped it- and you haven't won a single victory against code, even once.

How does that make you feel?

"Of course, I wouldn't actually expect you to log in and know that, though, seeing as you're too busy talking to yourself about your own poop to notice."

Of course, I wouldn't actually expect you to undock and participate in the game, though, seeing as you're too busy showing how much of an idiot you are on these forums to care.

So why didn't your so called 'savior' save your comrades from getting banned? Some savior he is.

    2. Oh! So it was CCP Falcon who commented on the bans! You mean.. the the same CCP Falcon who came out as a CODE. supporter and publically tore you a new asshole in front of every whining and crying carebear that ever questioned the legitimacy of the Code and James 315?

Yup. I know CCP Falcon. He's a good man. Correctly doesn't like carebears though.

  7. Q: What do you call a carebear who rage quits Eve squealing "its soooo unfaaaaiiirrr"?
A: A service to the gene pool.

  8. Remember remember, the tenth of September when low the banhammer did swing.

They can ban characters, but the Code keeps on winning.

    Every day.

  9. Even on the mmorpg.com site CODE is harvesting tears!!
Crying, whining, mis-informed, and one dude says CODE wont shoot ships that can shoot back, when in reality the CODE alliance killboard has almost every ship in the game as a victim. And even lots in low.
Whiney little cunts wont be happy until EvE is WoW.

  10. Remember too the traitorous CSM, standing by while fellow players whose interests they were sworn to represent were banned for no good reason.

What a useless appendage that bunch of corporate shill meisters turned out to be.

    1. Oh ganker tears are so sweet. Insulin, I need insulin.

What about your savior? Hmm? Why didn't he do anything to stop the bans?

I'll tell you why: He was too busy crying on this blog because those players who were banned were banned for EULA and TOS violations regarding out of game harassment, and rightly so. That's why.

So go ahead and give me more tears please. I'll be right back after I get some more insulin.

    3. Commenters keep spouting about "gankers tears". I'm not seeing any.
They keep spouting about the bans, which were unfortunate, by in the end irrelevant.
CODE is stronger and has done more damage since the bans then they ever had before them... All I see is ineffective commenting on this blog. Comments which are ALLOWED by the owner of this blog. Why you ask? So he can harvest and share your tears and rage. You carebears and do gooder AG people... do you really think your accomplishing something here? Really? OK. What ever floats your boat. It's certainly entertaining, and for that I thank you. But you may want to wake up and smell the coffee at some point.
      Just saying.

    4. I believe that these so-called "do-gooders" think they're "doing good" by smearing their ineffective and salt-filled comments all over our site, which is good. Because it lets everybody know how abjectly evil they are.

      Praise James!

  11. On the day of our banishment, I wrote a small bit I adapted from Star Wars. I think that one of the most iconic scenes of all time captures the idea of the Sept. 10th bannings perfectly. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8kpHK4YIwY4)

Falcon: I've been waiting for you, Jerry Rin. We meet again at last. The circle is now complete. When I left you, I was but the learner. Now, I am the master.
Jerry Rin: Only a master of Evil, Falcon.
Falcon: Your powers are weak old man.
Jerry Rin: You can't win, Falcon. If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine.

Looking at the last year of miner bumping posts, CODE.'s evolution and outright success on every front makes me remember this sentiment. Attempts to destroy the Code will only make it stronger. The Code always wins. All BM/the rest of the carebears can do is squeal in the face of CODE.'s unstoppable juggernaut.

  12. I'm not here to name names, but I know I've heard several of these supposedly "permabanned" CODE members on comes in loyalanon's freighter smashing fleets.

So, in the end, we gained political momentum from sep. 10th, many more things were exploded, CODE. Is bigger and more powerful than ever, and no one was permanently banned from EVE online since it's trivially easy to get around the "permabans".

    1. I don't think any of the good and honourable members of the New Order would ever circumvent or attempt to circumvent a ban from CCP. Such a thing would be against the EULA, and we would all, of course, be obligated to tell them as such and report them to the proper authorities. It's a good thing that nobody ever breaks the rules like that.
