A Squall of Tears

An Agent's EVEmail inbox can be a disturbing place.
DEAR...HIGH SEC WARRIOR
From: JennyJane Dulic

To: Chocolate Mooses,

FUCKING CUNTS!!! DONT KNOW HOW TO MINGING? LEARN IT FUCK TARD !!! HOPE U MOM FUN WITH ME TONITE.... GAY HIGH SEC WARIROR
The New Order has made great strides in highsec, but we still have a long way to go. Currently, not every carebear has fully adapted to the changes we've brought their way. As a result, our Agents understand that not everyone they gank will be happy about it.

Agents Chocolate Mooses and The Occidental killed Rinoa Stark's typical, bot-aspirant, yield-fit Hulk, along with her inexpensive pod. A few minutes later, Chocolate was invited to join a private conversation with a fellow named Squall Targarian.
Chocolate Mooses > Good morning, what's up?
Squall Targarian > go fuck yourselves.....I hope you all live terrible lives for real. You are scum and complete fucking ass holes
Chocolate quickly surmised that Squall was the alt of the Hulk pilot she'd just ganked. She also began to have very real doubts about Squall's intention to obey the Code in the future.
Chocolate Mooses > Wow, hold up a second?
Chocolate Mooses > You do realize you are playing a video game about space ship combat, right? There's no need for that type of launguage.
Chocolate Mooses > Please try to calm down.
Squall Targarian > that's right, i hope all the bad things in life happen to you and I wish i had a chance to make your life a living hell. Just be glad I can't find you in RL you piece of shit
As is standard practice, the ganked miner was instructed to calm down. But he didn't. If anything, the miner only became less calm. Chocolate couldn't believe what she was reading.
Chocolate Mooses > What would you do if you found me in RL?
Squall Targarian > probably a lot of property damage....I don't think you're worth hurting physically
Chocolate Mooses > Oh, that's not very friendly at all. Do you normally make threats of RL property damage when you lose a internet spaceship in a video game about internet spaceships engaging in combat?
Squall Targarian > yea a game about space combat although i was not in a combat vessel and you get nothing from killing me except the fact that you got to piss me off. If i was in a combat vessel you wouldnj't even hear from me
Like so many other bot-aspirant miners, Squall believed it was inappropriate for him to be blown up while in a non-combat ship. In other words, he felt highsec miners should be completely invincible unless they choose to pilot a non-mining ship. Chocolate disagreed. After all, Squall had been playing EVE for nearly 4 years, and had spent the entire time mining. Chocolate couldn't wait for Squall to get into a combat ship. He had to PvP now.
Chocolate Mooses > You don't need to be "pissed". Once you calm down you should consider a mining permit, a written apology to me for your RL threats, and a personal apology to James 315 and the Mittani for your behavior.
Squall Targarian > HAH fuck you. oh that was so friendly of you sucide ganking my hulk...wanna get together later for lunch!?
Chocolate Mooses > No, considering you have already made real life threats against me, I would not enjoy having lunch with you. Thanks for the offer, however!
Squall Targarian > go fuck yourself
Squall's tears continued to rain down and flood the private chat. Normally, at this point a miner would pivot to a demand for reimbursement, or argue about the finer points of the Code, or vow to call in powerful nullsec friends, or threaten to petition CCP. Squall wasn't even calm enough to do that yet.
Chocolate Mooses > Just try to calm down. You have already issued RL threats of property damage over a video game, let's not get even more crazy about it.
Squall Targarian > ...seriously...you think there's something wrong with me but your trying to paint me as the bad guy yet you not only destroyed an expensive ship but you cap killed me, now i have 24 jumps to get back here.....
Chocolate Mooses > You just threatened property damage in real life. It's not my fault you have your medical clone 24 jumps from here, or that you can't watch local or your directional scanner.
Incredibly, Squall saw himself as the hero in this scenario. He was particularly upset about being podded 24 jumps away from his favorite asteroid belt. Apparently, after nearly 4 years in the game, Squall never bothered to settle down in the system with his favorite highsec ore. He was still looking for a better deal.
Squall Targarian > it's just you venting your weird need to be an ass
Chocolate Mooses > You fight back in a hulk by not being on grid when I get there. Also, a simple mining permit would have avoiding this entire thing. This is what CCP calls "Emergent Gameplay" and "The Sandbox"
Squall Targarian > I work 12 hours a day, then cook for my mom, and would like to actually play the game for the couple hours i get but you sir have ruined that for me.
Finally, Squall calmed down enough to begin making excuses for his behavior. He explained that he only has a few hours a day to play EVE. Chocolate didn't believe him: If Squall were interested in playing the game, what was he doing mining in highsec? In nearly 4 years, Squall had never played the game. Chocolate couldn't accept the blame for that.
Chocolate Mooses > PVP is a normal part of this video game.
Chocolate Mooses > If you are not into that, may I suggest a alternative title like "Minesweeper" or "Solitare"?
Squall Targarian > you ganked me bitch, no pvp was involved
Chocolate Mooses > Well, you're a player, right? I am a player also.
Chocolate Mooses > Don't take it so personal! Get a permit, fit a tank, show some situational awareness.
Squall Targarian > haha you really are a shitty person.....I retract all my awful comments because people like you will never be able to exist outside of the realm of these video games where you get to be a big shot. Thanks for ruining my day ass hole
In the end, Squall took back his insults and real-life threats, albeit in one of the more questionable apologies I've seen lately. The squall had passed. Perhaps a sunnier future lies ahead for the miner. Then again, another storm could be right around the corner.

The Man Who Didn't Know When to Comply, Part 3

Previously, on MinerBumping... Veteran miner Cody Fayden lost a series of increasingly blingy exhumers to the New Order, but he refused to buy a permit. Cody accidentally CONCORDed himself by failing to activate his kill right on Agent Nicolas Dupre, costing the carebear a blingy Tengu. Fearing even more expensive losses, Cody finally purchased a permit.
Cody Fayden > why do you scare me? =)
Nicolas Dupre > Checking up on how you're doing, you seem awake ;)
Cody Fayden > ah kk... my heart...
Several hours later, Nicolas paid a surprise visit to the carebear, who was running missions in a brand-new Tengu.
Cody Fayden > i didnt know other people can join my Missionplace
Nicolas Dupre > You didn't? I saw a kestrel
Cody Fayden > yeah its in my fleet
Nicolas Dupre > Ah well you don't have to be in fleet
Cody Fayden > so everyone can come into my mission places?
Nicolas Dupre > Yeah
Despite four years of playing EVE, Cody had no idea that others could find him while he was grinding away in his highsec missions. Once again, only an Agent of the New Order bothered to help him learn the game.
Nicolas Dupre > Hasn't anyone come before?
Cody Fayden > nope... or i didnt see it
Nicolas Dupre > Okay, I'll just check up on you occasionally, it's good for your education :)
Cody Fayden > i dont know what the word occasionally means
Nicolas Dupre > Every now and again? From time to time?
Cody Fayden > ah i see your chat in the local now
Nicolas Dupre > Right, having local open is good
Nicolas cautioned the carebear to always pay attention to local and obey the Code. You would think someone named "Cody" would remember the Code! But within minutes, Nicolas was shocked to see Cody go AFK. The carebear had relapsed.

Nicolas considered how to punish Cody for his crimes. He couldn't suicide gank the Tengu. Nor could he plant another awox alt into Cody's corp, most likely. A wardec would give Cody warning that he didn't deserve. Thankfully, there was one more option.

In an effort to make highsec safer, CCP created kill rights to be exercised by carebears who get killed by gankers. To make highsec even safer, kill rights are earned even by failed gank attempts. Remember when Cody shot at Nicolas without activating the kill right first? It gave Nicolas a kill right against Cody.
Nicolas Dupre > I do in fact want to kill you again
Cody Fayden > k, tha do what you have to do...
Nicolas Dupre > Well I will give you one option
Nicolas Dupre > If you die you lose SP too
Cody Fayden > i know
Nicolas activated the kill right and surprised Cody, tackling his new Tengu. Now it was time to kill the Tengu and see how blingy it was. However, Nicolas couldn't help but see the carebear in a new light. He'd grown used to being Cody's mentor.
Nicolas Dupre > So you have one option to make this better
Nicolas Dupre > You could eject
Cody Fayden > how?
Nicolas Dupre > Right click your ship
Nicolas Dupre > It's an option there
Cody Fayden > ah ok
If you die in a tech III ship (such as a Tengu), you lose skillpoints. Nicolas taught Cody how to eject from a ship and save his pod (and skillpoints). After four years of playing EVE, Cody had no idea this was even an option.

Cody ejected, and then Nicolas invited some other players to join in on the Tengu kill. Cody really hadn't learned his lesson; the Tengu was even blingier than the last one. It was worth 2 billion isk.
Cody Fayden > but i dont loose sp
Nicolas Dupre > See? That helps
Cody Fayden > why? why did you do that? help me to understand this?
Nicolas Dupre > Well, basically because it's fair play
This loss was the most expensive yet. Even so, Cody was impressed by how helpful the Agent was in teaching him game mechanics.
Cody Fayden > you killed me often enough i think... now i doesn´t have any money... thats it for me
Cody Fayden > and obviously your not man enough to do it 1:1... in fact your an Ganker i think...
Nicolas Dupre > Well I just invited friends for this one because I wanted to share the joy
Cody Fayden > ah and all off you can fap now on my Tengu Wreck =)
Cody Fayden > than good fly and have fun to ruin that Game Kiddo, I get back to the Real Life and search for a other Game. A Game where aren´t Gankers like you and your little hard Boy Gang. Greetings at those
As the reality of the loss set in, Cody became increasingly focused on all the money he had lost at the hands of the New Order. He cursed the state of highsec and threatened to quit (again).

Disgusted, Cody threw away another 1.2 billion isk. In days, he'd lost over 6.5 billion isk. It was enough to knock sense into even the most hardened bot-aspirant. Still, Cody was addicted to bling and going AFK. If he fell from grace yet again, Nicolas would be there to catch him. He hoped he wouldn't have to. Another lesson would be costly indeed.

The Man Who Didn't Know When to Comply, Part 2

Previously, on MinerBumping... Cody Fayden spent four years mining in highsec. In that time, he grew to love two things: unnecessarily expensive modules and AFK mining. His forbidden loves cost him dearly. (As they usually do.) In a matter of days, he lost a 404 million isk Hulk and an 862 million isk Mackinaw to suicide ganks. Then Agent Nicolas Dupre sent an awox alt into Cody's corp and killed his new 929 million isk Mackinaw. Seeking revenge, Cody brought out a Tengu. At first, the fight against the awox alt went well, but then he directed his fire against Nicolas' Augoror--without activating the kill right first. Cody was CONCORDed, costing him his 1.3 billion isk Tengu.
I Feel Sick > You thought you had me for a minute though, didn't you? :)
I Feel Sick > Wasn't that a bit of a rush for you?
Cody Fayden > no, or yeah... but i wanted to let decide yu pull out my stuff... but honestly.. People like you are people like you... i hope you feel good now... now go and gank other people
Nicolas' awox alt encouraged Cody to appreciate the thrill of PvP. Hadn't Cody enjoyed the battle? At least the part when it seemed like he was winning?
Cody Fayden > just to bring back my things
Cody Fayden > and now go
I Feel Sick > Got anything else to bring out?
Cody Fayden > nope... nothing against pussys
I Feel Sick > You sure you didn't get at least a little rush from nearly killing me? :)
Cody Fayden > whatever you say... now you have what you want i´ll quit this game... with guys like you it isnt fun
The carebear was a true bot-aspirant. He denied himself the pleasures of human emotion. He only "enjoyed" safely mining in highsec. Without a guarantee of total safety, he'd rather quit.
Cody Fayden > and that is it... just a game... for you little kids it is real life ^^ in school nothing and here big =) its ok
I Feel Sick > I'm sure you had a little fun really :)
I Feel Sick > It's more exciting to have some pvp in your life
Cody Fayden > what i say... if you say
Cody Fayden > I think you are this dupre guy with many many accounts and fap off when you did this to other guys... well it was a good trap...
I Feel Sick > Not that many accounts :)
Cody Fayden > i think maaany... what should a guy with no skills and lot of mommys money do otherwise
With a few parting insults, Cody prepared to leave the convo. But then something stopped him.
Cody Fayden > can i ask you 2 Questions ?
I Feel Sick > You cana ask me 20 if you like, I might not answer all of them
Cody Fayden > k
I Feel Sick > First question? :P
Cody Fayden > Why killed Concord me? Dupre killed me first 2 times... also i have a permission or not?
A little spark of humanity flickered within the carebear. He was curious about the game mechanics. He wanted to know why had he'd been CONCORDed when taking retribution against Nicolas.
I Feel Sick > Ah, killrights have to be manually activated.
Cody Fayden > ah .. fuck... i didnt know that
I Feel Sick > I can show you how if you want
Cody Fayden > no thanks... i just wondered
I Feel Sick > Well it's good to know. I'll tell you where to find it anyway
Cody Fayden > no... how i say you are the first player in 3 and more years that i attack
Cody Fayden > bu thanks for the answer
Cody spent more than four years in EVE. Until now, until encountering an Agent of the New Order, no one had ever bothered teaching him how to play the game. No one cared about him; he was just another silent highsec miner. The New Order Agent was the only one interested in helping him.
I Feel Sick > You had another question, didn't you?
Cody Fayden > how did you find me again again again?
I Feel Sick > Ah, well you're familiar with agents, yes?
Cody Fayden > yepp
I Feel Sick > You must surely have noticed that some have another button in addition to requesting a mission?
Cody Fayden > no not really
In addition to mining, Cody passed some of his four years in EVE by doing missions. Now the friendly New Order representative taught him, for the first time, about the concept of locator agents.
Cody Fayden > what now, i´ll pay you 10 million and you leave me alone or what ? Or you do not care and you 're always on?
Cody Fayden > because the fucking mack andso isnt so cheap... and I have no desire to buy me again and again
I Feel Sick > Ah, the mining permit? Well I'd certainly recommend getting one and following the Code, though understanding the Code is more important
Cody Fayden > uh yeahh its sooo important
Cody Fayden > go on
Cody Fayden > You know that is extortion and its illegal?
The helpfulness of the stranger made Cody curious about the Code. He considered making the first emergent gameplay-fueled purchase in his life.
I Feel Sick > It's just a game :)
Cody Fayden > yeah is it so? k... yeah it´s just a game... but extortion is extortion... anyway... better 10000000 as... uhhm let me calculate
I Feel Sick > 10M is certainly cheaper than your losses so far
Cody Fayden > yepp...
Cody Fayden > uh... 3 min. afk... my wife is coming i must help carry things
The carebear hated the idea of being "extorted", yet he couldn't deny that buying a permit was economically rational. He'd already lost 3.5 billion isk. If he violated the Code, he knew, he would lose more.
I Feel Sick > Going AFK is the worst possible thing for your survival odds
Cody Fayden > yrah i read this at your site
Cody Fayden > i dont miner afk... except toilet or the woman / child calls
I Feel Sick > Well you don't have to continue mining on those occasions
I Feel Sick > Quitting EVE is just a few key strokes
Cody Fayden > Although it is annoying to have to log in again but if it must be so and its a fun fact have other people to blame the game
The miner and his pursuer established a rapport. Cody felt he could be honest, even about his crimes.
Cody Fayden > uhh i have another question... are you this james 351 or so i read from in the inet? or just a follower?
I Feel Sick > A follower
Cody Fayden > must i pay at you or to him?
I Feel Sick > Sending the ISK to nicolas would be fine
Cody Fayden > kk i do...
Cody Fayden > can you send me the code pls... i must check your rules
Even in the darkest, most bot-aspirant corners of highsec, the carebears have all heard of me. My name is whispered in the shadows. I am everywhere, and I am nowhere--but mostly everywhere.
Cody Fayden > how do you know im afk or not... you dont chat with me first
I Feel Sick > I literally sat next to you for a full minute on the first occasions :)
I Feel Sick > With you locked
Cody Fayden > Change diapers afk
Cody Fayden > so, now i have your permit and you have lot of my money can you leave the corp? =)
I Feel Sick > Sure, I was going to do that anyway :)
Cody Fayden > thx
Finally, Cody paid his 10 million isk and promised to obey the Code. It was extraordinary: A permit sold to someone who only days before had bought 6 ORE Strip Miners! Always true to his word, Agent Nicolas Dupre had his awox alt leave Cody's corporation. He was deservedly proud of his victory. And yet, he knew that it was important to check up on the miner to make sure he didn't relapse. Because if he did, things would get really, really ugly.

Kills of the Week

Highsec pride is a thing now. As in, "Highsec: Do you have what it takes?" Maybe not. During the week of April 26th @ 00:00 EVEtime through May 2nd @ 23:59 EVEtime, a lot of carebears and bot-aspirants turned out not to have what it takes. Welcome to the big leagues.

Some freighter pilots try to get away with murder. pink hunter tried to get away with genocide--transporting over 60 billion isk in compressed ore without first obtaining a 10 million isk license. Because of the scale of the crime, Agent Chocolate Mooses didn't lead a gank fleet; he led a gank armada: JohnCrichton, Fievel 08, Rakeris, Zorses, Imawuss, Tugger head, Twizzlespark Celes, Martin Peterson, Governer Shreds, Oryae Veris, Kaapee Torcan, Jiranika, Unfit ForDoody, Admiral Calm Down, Allannon kado, Melon Arbalabator, Private Joker, dude there's my-pod, Rana Vex, Twerk it Miley, Jay Amazingness, Morrigan Laima, Yojiro, Dragalis Miraxim, PuffPuff Passitleft, Freya Guinness, Korporaal Paling, Neofelis Nebulosa, cronus111, Salama Andrethi, Riley Foxx, Buhbye Rollard, and BAE B BLUE.

Agent Chocolate and his fellow gankers did highsec proud, bringing down the behemoth in a 0.8 security system. Local lit up:
pink hunter > fuk nigger fuk ccp
pink hunter > fuk you alll
pink hunter > eve finisch
Tugger Head > Thankyou from the Imperium
Dragalis Miraxim > Love Delivered
Chocolate Mooses > The Mittani and James 315 send their regards.
Another valuable lesson for all the carebears out there: You never know when gameplay is going to emerge.

Tirr Lerain assumed he was flying under the radar, surrounding himself with a bunch of low-rent Covetors in Kino. Agents Jaxi Wreckful and loyalanon brought out the smartbombs:

Approximately 1.2 billion isk was evaporated. It's rare for our gankers to field Megathrons, but when they do, watch out.

Blondieonsum is the latest pilot to follow the new trend of flying unfit ships around highsec. (See, e.g., this unfit Stratios.) The New Order isn't about following trends; it's about following the Code. Agent PV Rock K.O.'d the unfit frigate and was shocked by what he discovered:

3.4 billion isk in cargo, plus some weird little Yacht blueprint. Nothing gets past the New Order.

you fucking dick!
When a tearmail landed in his inbox, PV Rock explained that the carebear was at fault, and he received this follow-up reply:
Re: Illegal autopiloting

To: PV Rock,

lol fair play though nice to have someone to hunt for a while you scum sucking lemming. You ain't know pirate your the lowest of the low. See you real soon!
Nice try, but our Knights are not afraid of unfit frigates.

Speaking of knights, LalaZor was so proud of her new Paladin that she brought it out to fight in a wardec. She probably assumed that she was guaranteed to win, seeing as how the New Order never shoots ships that can shoot back. Wrong! We simply kill our enemies so quickly that they rarely have time to shoot back. Agents Cannibal Kane and Alana Charen-Teng won the battle and reminded the carebears of highsec that when the New Order wardecs you, it's best to dock up--and follow the Code.

Meanwhile, Anerlith equipped 3 illegal ORE Strip Miners and went to town on an asteroid belt. It is my wish that no one should mine with such decadent equipment. Some people don't care about the Code, and care even less about my wishes. But to Agents Noll Kion, Lisa Tears, Randu Nardieu, AeleDeux, and Jaxi Wreckful, they're common sense. Since the Agents brought the firepower, they won the argument.

Klorel Hakaari had a pod worth 2.5 billion isk. He wasn't concerned about protecting it, though. His only concern was getting from point A to point B with as little effort as possible. Agent PV Rock knew better. In highsec, there are no shortcuts. All roads lead to the Code--or to oblivion.

The Man Who Didn't Know When to Comply, Part 1

"No miner left behind." That's not just a catchphrase; it's something the New Order lives by. We understand that not every carebear learns at the same pace. Some quickly embrace the Code and are rewarded for it. Others resist our Agents' teachings--and suffer a terrible fate.

Meet Cody Fayden. He's a casual gamer with little patience for multiplayer interaction and PvP. Somehow, he made his way to EVE and thought it was a great fit for his style of play. After more than four years in the game, he made first contact with the New Order this April when Agent Ilithyia Borgia ganked his 404 million isk Hulk.
Don'tShoot ImBlue > Cody Fayden bought 6 ore strip miners off me. I don't have the time to hunt him down, so you guys can have at him if you want
Lament von Gankenheim > sounds great
Don'tShoot ImBlue > o7
Cody didn't learn his lesson. Indeed, his taste for expensive mining equipment only grew when he was forced to replace the Hulk. Luckily, the emergent gameplay community is well organized. Don'tShoot ImBlue of the Belligerent Undesirables broadcast the news that a "problem miner" was in the making.

Agent Nicolas Dupre took it upon himself to become the carebear's sponsor. No matter how many relapses Cody suffered, Nicolas would keep him accountable. He would cure Cody of bot-aspirancy.

Within two days, our hero located Cody and caught him in the act of illegal mining. Nicolas spared no expense. Cody, despite being a 4-year player, was shamefully mining ore in a 0.9 security system. The only way to gank Cody was to use a Talos. But it was well worth it; Cody's decadent 862 million isk Mackinaw was terminated.

Thanks to Don'tShoot ImBlue's intel, Nicolas knew that Cody still had a few more ORE Strip Miners in his possession. Sure enough, Cody was up to his old tricks the very next day. Nicolas lacked the firepower to suicide gank Cody this time, so he sent an alt, I Feel Sick, to submit a blank application to join Corporationen sind nicht so mein Ding ("Corporations aren't really my thing").

He was accepted immediately.
Channel changed to Corp : Corporationen sind nicht so mein Ding
Cody Fayden > hi
Cody Fayden > ah fuck ... ich habs mir gedacht
I Feel Sick > Ja :P
I Feel Sick > Haben Sie kein Englisch sprechen?
Cody Fayden > i can try
I Feel Sick > fI was considering holding you for ransom but decided not to :)
Nicolas' alt tackled the carebear's new Mackinaw. Under the circumstances, he felt the miner did not deserve the opportunity to pay a ransom.

What about the nerf to awoxing, though? When Cody accepted I Feel Sick's membership application, he set friendly fire to illegal. However, in the quest to make highsec safer, CCP put a mandatory 24-hour timer on any changes to the friendly fire settings. This was meant to prevent reverse-awoxing. The awox of Cody's 929 million isk Mackinaw occurred during the 24-hour period.
Cody Fayden > aha
Cody Fayden > ey solche hurensohne
Treachery! While friendly fire was still legal, Cody decided to strike back at the young awox alt. Cody undocked a Tengu and tackled his corpmate. (Per Google Translate, "ey such whores without".)

I Feel Sick was no match for the Tengu. His tank couldn't hold, not even with the support of Nicolas Dupre's remote-repping Augoror. However, Cody wanted revenge on Nicolas, too, and he aimed to destroy the neutral Augoror before finishing off his corpmate. Because Nicolas had ganked Cody's Mackinaw the day before, Cody had a kill right on him. The Tengu opened fire.

...without actually activating the kill right. CONCORD immediately stepped in and assisted our Agents in enforcing the Code. Cody's Tengu was destroyed; I Feel Sick and Nicolas Dupre were victorious. The Code always wins.

It was another punishing loss for the carebear. Cody's Tengu was worth 1.3 billion isk.
I Feel Sick > Nearly didn't make it in time :)
Cody Fayden > yeah ganker... go and fuck your mom
I Feel Sick > You're the one who ganked just now ;)
I Feel Sick > You went criminal with your tengu :)
Cody Fayden > yeah sure ... you against a miner ... uhhhh you are soo hard
Cody witnessed the power of the Code firsthand. The futility of expensive ships and modules had been displayed for all to see. There was no use in resisting the New Order. Would Cody comply, or would he need to suffer even more excruciating losses?

Over Five Hundred Ninety-Eight Billion in Shares Sold

Changing highsec, changing lives. Everyone loves buying New Order shares now, even former bot-aspirants. For that matter, even current violators of the Code sometimes buy shares, though unwittingly:

There is no safety for those who would reject the Code. Unlike the carebears who constantly threaten to hunt down our -10 sec status gankers, Agents of the New Order actually do track down criminals and bring them to justice.

Carlvagio is already the third-largest shareholder in the New Order. He purchased an additional 3,150 shares and sent us over the 595, 596, and 597 billion isk marks, earning himself a Triple Supreme Protector's Tip of the Hat™. Was it done in preparation for a move toward the all-time #2 spot? Watch this guy.

Meanwhile, new shareholders are being minted around the clock. MZ-EVE Trald purchased 80 shares to start his account, and in doing so, sent us over the 598 billion isk mark. A Supreme Protector's Tip of the Hat™ is properly awarded.
